What the learner journey stores

Anonymous progress, answers, scores, bookmarks, attempt history, preferences, and study usage are stored in this browser. They remain until the learner clears browser data or explicitly requests deletion.

A learner who signs in may send the same progress plus account email and chosen profile details to the configured Supabase project for session restoration and cross-device sync. Cloud records remain associated with the account until deletion is requested or the account is removed. Exact hosted-log retention and remote backup state have not been verified in this checkpoint.

SmartiExamPrep uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic sources and page usage. The site does not intentionally send account email, authentication tokens, answers, scores, bookmarks, or profile details to Google Analytics. Analytics waits while OAuth or recovery credentials are present in the URL and starts only after those callback parameters are cleared. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies and receive technical usage data such as page location, referrer, browser, and device information.

Stripe handles card details for optional one-time purchases. No card is required for a free signup benefit. Email verification is for account access and never enrolls you in marketing email. Do not place personal account information in the public issue tracker linked below.

For this campaign we keep claim positions, timestamps, purchase records, and a salted email digest to prevent repeated free benefits after account deletion. Card details are handled by Stripe. Verification does not enroll you in marketing email. Contact support for privacy or deletion requests.
